For more than 30 years Frances has built a successful practice providing Organisational, Team and Executive Coaching with Board and senior teams and individuals, in scores of organisations globally. Her training in Linguistic Science, Psychology and Masters in Executive Coaching gives her insight into people and behaviours - crucially, she applies this to focusing the team on key business issues; orchestrating organisational change, organisational wellbeing, agile leveraging of markets and commercial drivers, leadership depth, financial imperatives, operational inspiration and robust governance. A good understanding of these principles in action is as important and the psychology and neuroscience of why people do what they do.
